Preparation & Cooking

1)Thaw- Remove sandwich from case and place in a single payer in refrigerator to thaw for 12-24 hours prior to heating. Do not hold in refrigerator for more than 24 hours. 2) Pre-Heat - Set warmer between settin g4 and 5. The unit takes approximately 15 minutes to warm up. The warmer should reach a temperature of 165 F. Check the thermometer on the back of the unit and adjust as necessary. Temperature may vary with usage. 3) Heat- Place wrapped sandwiches in 1000 watt microwave or convection oven for recommended tiem. Equipment may vary. Adjust tiem accordingly. Sandwiches should be heated and held in the white packaging. 4) Merchandise-Display a variety of sandwiches in unit, keeping product in view of customers. Discard sandwiches after 4 hours in warmer. 5) Cleaner-Turn off warmer and let cool. Remove shelves from warmer. Wash in soapy water, then rinse. Spray shelves with sanitizing spray and let air dry.
